Estos son los candidatos al mejor libro de fotografía de PHE 2018

The Best Photography Book of the Year in PHotoESPAÑA 2018 has already chosen 57 publications. The selection will be exhibited at the Biblioteca Nacional de España from 6 June to 23 September 2018. The exhibition will also include the 20 maquettes that are the finalists for the Book Dummy Award 2017, organised by La Fábrica and Photo London, and 10 of the latest editions by La Fábrica Publisher, which will not contend for the Award.
From among the more than 350 submissions received during the call for entries, the PHE18 Best Photography Book of the Year Award has selected 57 publications that will compete for the honour. The selection has been made by a committee of experts who have valued above all the quality and originality of the received proposals.
From among the 57 books selected, there are 17 books in the national category, 29 books in the international category, and 11 books in the self-published category. The complete selection will be exhibited at the Biblioteca Nacional de España during PHotoESPAÑA 2018, from 6 June to 23 September. During the first week of the exhibition, a jury will select the winners of the aforementioned categories, and will also name an Outstanding Publisher of the year.
In addition to the selected books that will opt for the Award, the exhibition will feature the 20 maquettes that are the finalists for the Book Dummy Award 2017 organised by La Fábrica and Photo London, as well as the 10 most recent books edited by the La Fábrica Publisher.

AURELIA IMMORTAL: SINOPSIS
En diciembre de 2015 el estudiante chino de biología marina He Jinru publicó en la revista científica Plos One la sorprendente propiedad de la medusa Aurelia, capaz de alcanzar la inmortalidad biológica. Según se hacía eco el National Geographic, una vez que Aurelia immortal expira, desarrolla la capacidad prodigiosa de regenerar sus células hasta alcanzar la etapa juvenil, como si de un ave Fénix se tratara.
