RÉVÉLATIONS. Meeting with Javier Viver Thursday 26th May at 8pm Calle nao, 4, 3rd floor, Madrid Javier Viver will tell us live all the details of the project “Révélations. Iconographie de La Salpêtrière. Paris 1875-1918” published by RM in 2015 and recently awarded the first prize for the best book published in the Art section by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.

Javier Viver accompanied by Gonzalo Golpe, member and founder of La Troupe, a group of professionals in the graphic arts dedicated to author’s work, both in its editorial and exhibition aspects, and Horacio Fernández, professor of History of Photography in the faculty of Fine Arts in Cuenca since 1988 and also in the Master Blank Paper and in the course Fotolibro: Edición y producción of the school of the same name in Madrid. He is also a historian of photography, curator of exhibitions and author of numerous books, including ‘Fotografía Pública (1999)’ and ‘El fotolibro latinoamericano (2011)’. Between 2004 and 2006, he was general curator of the International Festival of Photography and Visual Arts “PhotoEspaña”.
