Javier Viver´s Portable Studio” At Swatch Art Peace Hotel, Shanghai

—

Javier Viver has been invited to Swatch Art Peace Hotel Residency Program, Shanghai, in order to develop a project title ”The portable studio” during 2013/14. A “portable studio” is a designed cabinet-prototype (a kind of a big case) that you can fold, unfold and transport like a baggage wherever you go, in order to display your personal working space. Within the portable studio an artist has all the images, objects, sounds, text, etc, that  make up his or her personal world. It is a work in progress piece of art.
